VEHICLE USE POLICY

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR COMPANY VEHICLE

    2. All eligible drivers must complete the driver authorization process before being permitted to operate company vehicles. This process includes providing a copy of their driver's license, submitting to a driving record check, and attending any required driver training programs.

    1. Employees are responsible for the safe and courteous operation of company vehicles at all times. This includes adhering to traffic laws, using seat belts, and avoiding distracted driving.
    2. Regular maintenance checks, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and lights, should be conducted before each use. Any maintenance issues must be reported promptly.
    3. All accidents involving Company Vehicles, regardless of fault, must be reported to [DESIGNATED CONTACT] as soon as possible, Incidents of theft, vandalism, or any damage to a company vehicle must also be reported immediately.

    5. Reckless driving, speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engaging in any behavior that endangers the driver, passengers, or the public is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
