- The members of the company should use social media platforms in a proficient manner, ensuring that their online activities do not interfere with their job responsibilities or harm the company’s reputation, or violate any relevant laws and regulations.
- The members, when posting work-related content, must ensure that the information shared is accurate and appropriate for public consumption.
- Members are prohibited from sharing confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information on social media platforms.
- All interactions on social media, whether work-related or personal, should maintain a professional tone and respect for others' opinions. Disparaging or offensive comments about colleagues, clients, competitors, or the company itself are not allowed.
- Members representing the company on social media platforms should engage with media requests or inquiries only if authorized by media relations team.
- Employees who come across any inappropriate, offensive, or potentially harmful content related to the company on social media should promptly report it to the Media Relation Teams.
- TRAINING AND MONITORING
- Staff members or spokesperson who engage with the media shall receive appropriate media training and updates as and when necessary to ensure consistent and effective communications.
- Media coverage shall be regularly monitored for effectiveness and improvements.
- Defamatory statements, or any misguided information regarding the company may involve a breach of this policy. The Company might take disciplinary or termination actions against such individuals.
- CONFIDENTIALITY, INFORMATION SECURITY, PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- We are committed to business information confidentiality, integrity and accessibility, we implement proper technical security measures and it is our staff’s obligation to uphold this. Proprietary information includes all non-public information that might be harmful to the company or its customers, business partners if disclosed to unauthorised parties. All members must handle any such information as secret.
