- Assets will be regularly inspected to ensure they are in good condition and repairs if any required will be promptly addressed.
- All physical and electronic assets such as computers, laptops and mobiles will be monitored regularly to ensure protection of data and security of assets, reducing the risk of loss, theft and damage.
- The Asset Maintenance department will maintain a book of records including service records, maintenance logs and repair records.
- In the event of unexpected asset failure or maintenance needs, the employee or asset owner shall immediately inform the asset maintenance department to diagnose the problem and resolve it.
- Our Company is committed to continuous improvement in asset maintenance practices. Feedback from the company's staff shall be used to refine the maintenance procedures and enhance asset reliability.

- The asset owners are responsible for ensuring that the assets are used efficiently and in accordance with their intended purpose and report maintenance needs as and when required to the concerned department.

- You acknowledge that any violation of this Policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your access to our Company. It is your responsibility to ensure that your conduct adheres to this Policy and that your interactions are conducted in accordance with policy guidelines.
