    4. Our Company will appoint a password manager to generate, store and auto fill complex passwords, when needed, and they are responsible for ensuring that users comply with this policy.
    5. Users must not change their password unless there is a reason to believe that a password has been compromised or doesn't adhere to our Password Creation Requirements.
  4. PASSWORD PROTECTION
    1. Users are prohibited from sharing their passwords with anyone. Passwords should remain confidential.
    2. Users must use secure methods for password recovery, such as security questions or email verification. Ensure that the recovery process is also protected.
    3. Users suspecting that their password may have been compromised must report the incident and change all relevant passwords.
    4. Users must regularly review their account activity for any suspicious or unauthorized access.
    5. Users must avoid using the save passwords option or using inappropriate websites that are harmful for Company’s devices.
