HYBRID WORK POLICY

  2. SCOPE
    1. This Policy applies to all eligible employees of the Company who have completed their probationary period or those who wish to work from home depending on their needs. The policy encompasses the guidelines, procedures, and expectations from employees who work from home, including work hours, communication, data security, and performance evaluation.
  3. WORK SCHEDULE
    1.     1. The Company will provide necessary equipment’s such as laptops and tablets to employees working from home with the Company’s designated software to track performance of employees.
    2. The company will provide necessary equipment and supplies when working in the office.
  6. COMMUNICATION
    1. Employees are expected to maintain regular communication with their managers and colleagues, regardless of their work location. The company will provide necessary communication tools to facilitate this communication.
  7. SECURITY
    1. Employees are responsible for maintaining the security of company data and information when working from home. Employees must comply with our company's security policies and take necessary precautions to protect company data and information.
  8. PERFORMANCE
    1. Performance expectations for employees will remain the same, regardless of their work location. Managers will evaluate employee performance based on agreed-upon goals and objectives, and provide regular feedback to help employees achieve their goals.
  9. CHANGES TO THE POLICY
    1. We reserve to right to update and make changes to this policy from time to time based on the working conditions of the Company. The Company on updating this policy will inform the employees of the Company.
