DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION POLICY

  1. INTRODUCTION

    1. This Company’s diversity initiative is applicable, but not limited, to our practices and policies on recruitment and selection; compensation and benefits; professional development and training; promotions; transfers; social and recreational programs; layoffs; terminations; and the ongoing development of a work environment built on the premise of gender and diversity equity that encourages and enforces:

All employees are also required to attend and complete annual diversity awareness training to enhance their knowledge to fulfill this responsibility.
    7. Any employee found to have exhibited any inappropriate conduct or behavior against others may be subject to disciplinary action.
    8. Employees who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination that conflicts with the company’s diversity policy and initiatives should seek assistance from a supervisor or an HR representative.
  3. RESPONSIBILITIES

    6. Committing to an individual goal as part of annual goals and objectives-setting to help the Company meet our DEI responsibilities.
  4. DISCRIMINATION. HARASSMENT AND BULLYING
    1. The Company provides equal opportunities for employment.   5. REPORTING

Concerns can be raised to any member of the Company management, HR through the grievance/dispute resolution process available in the employee’s location.
    2. We take allegations of discrimination, harassment and bullying seriously and ensure they are appropriately investigated. All reported incidents will be investigated with an effort to keep the source of the report confidential, with the disclosure of information as appropriate to facilitate the investigation or resolution of the matter.
    3. The Company encourages employees to report in good faith any possible violation of this Policy.
  6. CONSEQUENCE
    1. Employees who do not comply with this Policy and/or are found to have engaged in discrimination, harassment or bullying, will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

    1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, change, or terminate this Policy at any time.
