GRIEVANCE POLICY

  3. GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
    1. Individuals with grievances are encouraged to discuss their concerns with their immediate supervisor or manager. The supervisor will work to resolve the issue informally, keeping the matter confidential.
    2.
