    3. Employees are prohibited from sharing confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information on any online platforms.
    4. Employees who come across any inappropriate, offensive, or potentially harmful content related to the company on social media should promptly report it to the designated contact within the Company.
    5. Employees should safeguard the privacy of user data and ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws and regulations.
    6. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.
  4. REPORTING AND INCIDENT HANDLING
