This policy aims to support individuals with disabilities by ensuring equal opportunities and procedures to be followed by the Company to ensure hiring and recruitment of such candidates is done fairly and in a consistent manner. Employees or any individual with disability who believes that they have experienced discrimination or harassment or any type of abuse should report their concerns promptly to their supervisor or to the HR department .Our Company will thoroughly investigate all complaints and take appropriate disciplinary action.
    2. Our Company strictly prohibits any retaliation against any employee who makes a good faith report of discrimination or any type of abuse to the Company. Retaliation is a violation of this policy and will result in disciplinary action or termination.
