TUITION REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

By providing financial assistance to the eligible employees for approved education related to their job roles, we aim to foster a continuous learning culture within the Company and with these values we can collectively contribute to the success of our company and maintain the trust and confidence of our clients, partners, and colleagues.
- PURPOSE
- This policy reflects our commitment to investing in our employee’s growth, enhancing their skills and aligning their education with their job roles or future career goals within the Company. Our Company is dedicated in providing financial assistance to the eligible employees for their education and promotes dynamic work culture.
- ELIGIBILITY
- All full –time employees who have completed at least [INSERT NUMBER OF YEARS THE EMPLOYEE MUST HAVE SERVED] years of continuous service are eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement. Part-time employees who work at least [INSERT NUMBER OF HOURS EMPLOYEE WORKS PER WEEK] hours per week and have completed [INSERT NUMBER OF MONTHS COMPLETED BY THE EMPLOYEE] months of continuous service are also eligible. The applied educational course or program should be directly related to employee’s current job roles or future strategic goals within the company.
- APPROVED PROGRAMS
- Tuition Reimbursement by the Company is available only for accredited courses, workshops and degree programs that enhance skills, knowledge and competencies relevant to their job roles. Courses must have clear connection to the employee’s current job roles and responsibilities, thereby maximizing the impact of the educational investment on both the individual and the Company.
- REIMBURSEMENT LIMITS
- The Company will reimburse total [MENTION AMOUNT OR PERCENTAGE OF TOTAL TUITION COST] per calendar year to all the eligible employees, for tuition and related expenses associated with the course.
- APPLICATION PROCESS
- Employees must seek or obtain a prior approval from their immediate supervisor or HR department before enrolling in a course for which they seek reimbursement.
- After the approval the employees must submit a Tuition Reimbursement Application Form before the start of the Course.
- REPAYMENT CLAUSE
- If an employee leaves the company within [INSERT TIMEFRAME FOR THE EMPLOYEE] after completing a reimbursed course, they may be required to repay the reimbursed amount on a prorated basis.
