- HR Department or Concerned Authority should avoid making decisions for promotion based on recent or insignificant events. They should keep logs with important incidents that they might want to consider when it’s time to promote one of their team members.
- In accordance with our company policies, we will not tolerate promotions that are based on Discrimination, Fraternization, Favoritism and Nepotism,
- PROMOTION PROCESS
- Vacant positions will be advertised internally to provide all eligible employees with an opportunity to apply.
- Employees interested in promotion must submit an application to the concerned authority or to the HR department within the given time frame.
- The HR department or concerned Authority will review applications and assess Employees based on the established criteria.
- Interviews or assessments may be conducted as part of the evaluation process.
- COMMUNICATION
