RELOCATION POLICY

  2. SCOPE
    1. This Policy applies to full-time employees of the Company who are relocated to a different location for Company’s assignment or work purposes. The policy encompasses the guidelines, procedures, and expectations from employees who work from different location, including work hours, communication, data security, and performance evaluation.
  3. RELOCATION
    1. Company will provide relocation assistance to the employee in the form of financial support, guidance and resources to facilitate a smooth transition to their new work location.
    2. Company will reimburse eligible employees for reasonable travel expenses incurred during relocation process, including transportation, house rent and packing of household stuff.
    3. Company may provide temporary housing services for a specified period of time to facilitate their transition to the new location.
    4. Employees working from different location must adhere to the expected regular work schedule and must be available during core business hours during meetings, collaboration, and communication as and when needed.
  4. TAXES
    1. The Company will provide comprehensive documentation for all tax implications associated with the relocation to the employee. This documentation will serve as a resource to aid the employee in fulfilling their tax obligations accurately and in accordance with relevant laws and regulation.
  5. REPAYMENT
    1. Employees who leave the Company after relocation within [INSERT TIMEFRAME] to a new worksite must agree to repay all the expenses incurred during the relocation process.
  6. EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
    1. The Company will provide necessary equipment’s such as laptops and tablets to employees working from new location with the Company’s designated software to track performance of employees.

    1. Employees are expected to maintain regular communication with their managers and colleagues, regardless of their work location. The company will provide necessary communication tools to facilitate this communication.
  8. SECURITY
    1. Employees are responsible for maintaining the security of company data and information when working from new location. Employees must comply with our company's security policies and take necessary precautions to protect company data and information.
  9. PERFORMANCE
    1. Performance expectations for employees will remain the same, regardless of their work location. Managers will evaluate employee performance based on agreed-upon goals and objectives, and provide regular feedback to help employees achieve their goals.
  10. CHANGES TO THE POLICY
    1. We reserve to right to update and make changes to this policy from time to time based on the working conditions of the Company. The Company on updating this policy will inform the employees of the Company.
