MEDICAL LEAVE POLICY

- PAID MEDICAL LEAVE
- During approved medical leave from HR or supervisor, employees will receive their regular rate of pay, minus any applicable deductions such as taxes and benefits contributions.
- Employees may be required to provide medical documentation or other supporting evidence for approved medical leave.
- UNPAID MEDICAL LEAVE
- During unpaid medical leave, employees will not receive their regular pay or salary. Employees on unpaid medical leave must notify their supervisor of HR department of their intention to return to work, including the expected return date, at least [NO. OF DAYS ]in advance.
