  1. PURPOSE
    1. The purpose of this policy is to establish clear guidelines and procedures for the use and protection of Company’s brand assets, including trademarks and logos. This policy ensures the integrity and consistency of our brand, promoting fair competition and maintaining trust in the innovation ecosystem.     3. Employees should not use trademarks in any manner that disparages or discredits the Company.
    4. Third parties must obtain written permission or a license before using any of the Company’s trademarks.
  4. MONITORING AND REPORTING
    1. The Company reserves the right to regularly monitor the use of trademarks may take appropriate legal action against any party that infringes or violates this policy.
